JH Global Services Inc. Case Settles for $55,000

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) revealed JH Global manufactured, imported, and sold uncertified electric vehicles for use in California. ARB requires all vehicles; including electric vehicles and golf carts obtain an Executive order. The Executive Order demonstrates the true zero-emission status, and ensures that certain consumer safety, performance, and product standards are met.

In October 2014, JH Global Inc. settled its case with the ARB involving violations of Health and Safety Code sections 43151-43153. JH Global Inc., agreed to pay a total of $55,000 to the Air Pollution Control Fund.
