$5,000 in Fines Paid by Jaco Oil

Routine sampling on June 1, 2005, found that the premium grade of gasoline at a Fast Trip station in Bakersfield exceeded the RVP limit. The fuel is owned and supplied by Jaco Oil. At an office conference held on December 14, 2005, the case was settled in principle for $5,000. The case was closed on December 29, 2005.
