A.J. Lima Trucking Inc. and AJL Services Case Settles for $25,000.00

In December 2013, A.J. Lima Trucking Inc. (AJ Lima) agreed to pay $25,000.00 for violating the terms of the Carl Moyer Program Agreement: $25,000.00 of the funds received through the Carl Moyer Voucher Incentive Program will be returned to the San Diego Air Quality Management District. 

An investigation by CARB showed that AJ Lima failed to meet the fleet size requirements of the Carl Moyer Program at the time of application. To settle the case, AJ Lima agreed to return $25,000.00 of the Moyer funds received.
