In January 2020, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) reached a settlement with Island Packers Corporation (Island Packers)of Ventura, California. Island Packers paid $7,150.00 in penalties to CARB for violating the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation (CHC Regulation). The violation was discovered during a routine inspection by CARB staff.
