Intertrade Europe North America, Inc. Case Settles for $4,500

On March 25, 2014, a Consumer Products case was settled with Intertrade Europe North America Inc. for selling and/or supplying non-compliant air fresheners. These products contributed to 78.4 pounds excess Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions due to exceeding the 18% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Air Fresheners: Liquid/pump sprays specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). Intertrade Europe North America Inc.paid $4,500 to settle this case.
