International Aero Products, LLC Case Settles for $4,000

Between March 2011 and December 2012 International Aero Products, Inc. sold Aero View Glass & Surface Cleaner product in California that was in violation of 4% VOC limit for Glass Cleaners. A blending error led to the VOC violation. The company has since corrected the issue and now produces a VOC compliant glass cleaning product. Approximately 13 pounds of excess emissions resulted from the violation. The case was settled on October 27, 2014 for $4,000.
