Innovative Brands LLC Case Settles for $23,000.00

On October 31, 2012, a Consumer Products case was settled with Innovative Brands LLC for selling and/or supplying non-compliant ”Pig Spit” rubber and vinyl protectant. This product contributed an estimated 1.67 tons of excess VOC emissions due to exceeding the 10% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for aerosol Rubber/Vinyl Protectant under title 17, California Code of Regulations (CCR), section 94509(a). The company paid $23,000 to settle the case.
