Imperial Paving Company Inc. Company Case Settles for $15,000

Imperial Paving Company Inc. will pay $15,000.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $15,000.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in July 2017.

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Imperial Paving Company Inc. failed to comply with the Particulate Matter Best Available Control Technology requirements. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus Regulation. To settle the case, Imperial Paving Company Inc. agreed to the $15,000.00 penalty and to comply with the Truck and Bus Regulation, and other applicable ARB regulations.
