Hernandez Trucking Case Settlement
Hernandez Trucking Case Settles
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Hernandez Trucking failed to bring two of their on-road heavy-duty diesel trucks into compliance with the PM BACT requirements of the Model Year Compliance Schedule. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation. To settle the case, Hernandez Trucking agreed to demonstrate proof of compliance with TB by December 31, 2017 and pay penalties of $1,000.00 by November 17, 2017. Penalties in this case have been discounted due to financial hardship. This settlement was reached in December 2017.
