Heads-Up Industries Case Settles for $3,000.00

On October 12, 2012, a case was settled with Heads-Up Industries for selling “Heads-Up Liquid Odor Eliminator Fabric Protectant” subject to the VOC limit for Fabric Refresher, Aerosol category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 15 percent by weight VOC limit. There were approximately 0.08 tons of excess emissions and the company paid $3,000.00 to settle the case.
