A&T Harvesting and Trucking Inc. Case Settlement
A&T Harvesting and Trucking Inc. Case Settles for $8,000
A&T Harvesting and Trucking Inc. will pay $8,000.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $8,000.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in August, 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that A&T Harvesting and Trucking Inc. failed to bring 2 of their on-road diesel fueled vehicles into compliance with the applicable in-use performance standards and failed to properly self-inspect their diesel trucks to assure the trucks met state smoke emission standards. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation and the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). To settle the case, A&T Harvesting and Trucking Inc. agreed to the $8,000.00 penalty and to comply with TB, PSIP and, other ARB programs.
