Green Valley Industrial Supplies Ltd Settles For $2,372
In July of 2021, Green Valley Industrial Supplies Ltd (Green Valley) settled with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for violations related to the sale of incorrectly colored Portable Fuel Containers (PFC) in California. This conduct was in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 13, section 2467.2, subdivision (d).
