Goldenport Shipmanagement Ltd. Case Settles for $2,500.00

Goldenport Shipmanagement Ltd. has paid $2,500.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on June 20, 2012. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Goldenport Shipmanagement Ltd. vessel POS Yantian, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters. To settle the case, Goldenport Shipmanagement Ltd. agreed to the $2,500.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
