$1,000 in Fines Paid by Go-Go Mini Mart

Routine sampling on October 3, 2006, at this Bakersfield service station found that the regular grade of gasoline had a Reid vapor pressure of 7.43 pounds per square inch (psi), which exceeds the summertime State cap limit of 7.2 psi. The case settled for $1,000 in August 2007.
