Friedman's Home Improvement Settlement
Friedman's Home Improvement Case Settles for $4,400
Between March 2013 and November 2013, Friedman’s Home Improvement supplied a non-compliant automotive windshield washer fluid product in California that was in violation of VOC limits contained in ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The sale of the product resulted in 159 pounds of excess VOC emissions. Friedman’s has since stopped selling the product and implemented a system to block future sales of non-compliant consumer products. The case was settled on April 27, 2014 for $4,400.
