Submitted Comment Name Joshua Kehoe Affiliation none Subject no book-and-claim "tax" on California residents please Message I submitted comments on Brightmark's other application and submit this application as another protest against fuels never intended for the California market nevertheless being allowed to increase costs for such fuels here in California. If non-CA fuel producers wish access to our CA LCFS credit program, then demonstrate direct deliverability to our state. Otherwise, lobby either your own state government, of the Federal government, should you desire subsidies to support your efforts. To be clear, I support methane emission reduction, but as a California resident I don't wish to pay for non-California reductions and feel book-and-claim is misguided in this circumstance.
