Leilac comments on Concepts for Potential Regulations for Establishing the Carbon Capture, Removals, Utilization, and Storage Program.

Leilac is supportive of the steps California is taking to implement the SB 905 program and encourages the agency to consider and implement strategies and targets that include consideration of emerging and innovative technologies with potential to significantly reduce GHG emissions. Leilac welcomes this opportunity to provide input to CARB through this consultation and remains available as a resource to support the development of supportive policy settings for effective GHG emissions avoidance, capture and removal.
