Since most raw materials are manufactured from petroleum-based, what is the benchmark guidance on how to calculate/measure carbon reduction on bio-based alternatives, especially related to SB253?

For product stewardship, in using bio-based alternatives what are the measurable benefits of products that make it possible customers to certify and complete Green Infrastructure and Green Building Council/LEED related certifications and engaging stakeholders who report on ESG?
