Rescind Carbon capture regulations and replace with 100% fuel cell renewable energy regulations that will eliminate the large emitters such as commuter traffic times as a whole and expedite past due goals already promised by the CEC but was never completed, such as building one hundred (100) - 100% renewable hydrogen fueling stations that are reliable and fully backed by troubleshooting operation crew whenever the fueling stations goes offline for whatever reason. And these fueling stations need to be locally and publicly owned not privately run at traditional gasoline stations. California needs to make a truly positive impact towards cleaner air.
