Message Throughout 2017-18, CARB helped establish the Dairy and Livestock Greenhouse Gas Emissions Working Group to identify barriers to implementing methane reduction projects, prioritize research topics, and develop policy recommendations. SJV Medical Advocates for Healthy Air strongly recommend that CARB, in partnership with CDFA and CEC, re-establish the DLGGE working group. The initial working group was critical to the development of the existing program(s) and provided a venue for public engagement and sharing of critical information specific to this issue.
