Mitra EV Recommendations on HVIP/ISEF Program Direction

Please see enclosed for a set of recommendations for strengthening the HVIP and ISEF programs considering current market conditions and funding constraints. These recommendations draw on our recent Department of Energy-supported research on small- and medium-sized fleet electrification and our work with OEMs, utilities, and fleet operators across the state.
