Hydrogen Combustion Engines

Dear CARB,
Thank you for hosting this workshop and I am absolutely THRILLED to hear that you are considering H2ICE for commercialization!
I founded 352 Innovation to help my friends, who own independent auto repair shops, transition to servicing EVs and other new clean vehicle technology.
Attached is a content preview of this resource.

As an active member of SAE International & the Am Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and proud to share that SAE has officially classified 352 Innovation as an H2ICE subject matter expert and we are proud to be part of ASME's new Women in ICE (WICE). We offer our services, if needed, in support of H2ICE and any other alt fuel ICE support you may need.
Per that offer, we prefer to bid for the opportunities, no favoritism.
Attached is a paper written about the benefits the commercialization of H2ICE may provide as we navigate this reinvention of transportation.

H2ICE was patented 70 years before the fossil fuel engine.
Imagine what our planet would be like had H2ICE become the engine of choice - or even the EVs that were running around the US before the horseless-carriage changed the world.

H2ICE CAN (eventually) become ZERO TAIL-PIPE EMISSIONS.
H2 is so small, any oil burning in the combustion chamber means H2 in the crankcase emulsifying the oil and creating a dangerous explosive potential.
Toyota just patented a new crankcase vent design that is the first step in achieving zero tail pipe emission.

On top of the fact the lube oil is already being worked on by Chevron and other companies to create a non-toxic oil for H2ICE. The LO no longer needs to hold HCs and maintain film thickness.

Our passion project is to develop kits to convert older engines to run on H2 to keep classic cars classic and support our decarbonization efforts.

The Calif H2 Business Council (CHBC) said that consumer acceptance is our biggest hurdle to clean energy.
When the consumer has the option to just change their fuel, and allow them to watch the EVs and infrastructure become mainstream, they WILL accept the transition.

Thank you for your time to hear me out.

Sincerely,
