Scalability

Please help the industry simplify and create standard assumption tools to enable reporting. Based on my experience the GHGP is very much subject to interpretation, which, on a large statewide scale will lead to apple-and-oranges comparisons.

California has a longstanding leadership position, to name a few on in scalable yet rigorous programs like Integrated Demand Side Management (M&V, EM&V, NMEC), deemed vs prescriptive), Title 24 compliance pathways and modeling etc

This is our chance to build something and continue CA's leadership.
