Hello,
The 261 bill states that reports must be posted on the company’s “own internet website.” Can a company meet this requirement by creating a dedicated microsite to host the report, or must it be posted directly on their main corporate website?

If a microsite is acceptable, does it have to be clearly linked to the main corporate website?
