Should the report's scope include only the California entity, all U.S. entities, or the entire global company? 3. Please clarify how fees are assessed when a parent company files a consolidated report? Would there be one overarching fee (e.g., estimated $2,596 for SB 253 and $4,160 for SB 261), or would the fee be required for every single subsidiary included in the report, or only for each subsidiary doing business in California that meets the revenue threshold?
