Communities for a Better Environment
Stop Hydrogen usage

Dear California Air Resources Board:
My name is Patrick Rodriguez
and I live in the Wilmington
neighborhood of Los Angeles. I know that CARB is studying hydrogen use, and I am writing to tell you that I do not want hydrogen in my community. Putting more hydrogen in my neighborhood would perpetuate the impacts of polluting gas infrastructure such as asthma, air pollution, truck and refinery explosions, and flaring.
[Add one or more of the Substantive h2 talking points from page 2 of the SB 1075 Community Meeting Resource Sheet, or write your own.]
Hydrogen is an expensive handout to the gas industry that hurts environmental justice communities, not a climate solution.
