If California is going to overcome the Trump Administration’s reckless rollbacks, we must continue to move forward with strong, state-level action. We're calling for: Accelerating clean vehicle commitments for passenger cars, trucks, and fleets Replacing lost federal EV tax credits with stronger state-level incentives Expanding zero-emission infrastructure and funding for disadvantaged communities Enacting clean fleet requirements for public and private vehicle operators Addressing the emissions associated with the manufacturing of vehicles and EV batteries Creating new jobs with a just transition strategy for EV manufacturing and maintenance Holding polluters and automakers accountable if they oppose California’s progress Californians (and allies across the country) are ready to move forward, not backward.
