Submitted Comment Name Kae Bender Affiliation N/A Subject clean vehicles Message It's hard to believe that with SoCal air still among the dirtiest in the nation, there would be any debate on the need for better clean vehicle standards. Now is certainly NOT the time to become complacent and act as if things are fine. Asthma rates in kids (like my granddaughter) are rising; lung issues for adults (like my daughter and me) are prevalent. The air we breathe is a precious resource and standards should be consistently stringent if we hope to improve the health and well-being of our residents and communities.
