Submitted Comment Name S.R.A. Miller Affiliation N/A Subject Keep California's Air Clean Message I love California. I love how we lead the way in so many things, particularly clean air. Our vehicle standards not only help keep all Californians healthier, but help keep residents of other states healthier as well - air and weather don't stay within state lines. I'm old enough to remember heavy smog. It wasn't nice, it wasn't fun, and it didn't improve lives. It didn't make us healthy or rich. It was BAD.
