Subject Incentives for Electric Vehicles

Message

Make these new Incentives:
1. Every time an electric car is recharged, they pay a $20 road tax to repair the roads.
2. Remove all incentives for purchasing or leasing an electric car.
3. Refer to all electric cars as "Coal Powered Cars."
4. All EVs must have two or more people to use the car pool lane.
5. Any EV convicted of speeding will pay and additional fine of $100 to the road repair fund.
