Submitted Comment Name Jerry King Affiliation N/A Subject Carb rules and the irrelevant segment of California Message Small business and other tax paying entities that are seemingly beneath the notice of the State do not have the ability to compete with monopolistic large businesses when the government uses its clout to push harmful regulations such as CARB rules. Overregulation can only cause loss of jobs and negatively contribute to the livelihood of California residents.
