Keep Disclosure Requirements

This is simple - if there is no way to continue disclosure requirements, there is no real accountability for the private sector as far as emissions go. California alone is a massive economy as you know, and maintaining a way for it to be a leader on climate when the Federal government can no longer be looked at as a leader is critically important.
