Please make every effort to bring into CARB compliance the dairy industry immediately, to prevent and protect any further damage to our atmosphere here in our state. Implement fines for inaction by the dairy industry after established limit for this matter are exceeded. No excuses or exemptions will be allowed. Thank you.
