California Air Resource Board, be more protective in regulating the Dairy Industry, who partakes in the highest levels of methane in our Central Valley. There are about 1,200 to 1,500 dairies in the Central Valley, with the majority concentrated in counties like Tulare, Merced, Kings, and Stanislaus. And for context, methane actually has a much higher warming potential that is 28x worse off than carbon dioxide.
