It was very informative. However we have a concern about a big negative impact on CCA market by delay in adjustment timing and a recommendation for much smoother transition. We want you to reconsider the timing of budget start to “2Q of 2025” from 2026. If start were delayed, CCA price would be large and long stagnant during a second half of 2024 and 2025 and then, the price will have a big spike in 2026 or 2027. We anticipate since some of liquidity providers should leave the market, the market volatility will hike and it will bring less liquidity in the market. 2026 start won’t be able to achieve a smooth transition. Furthermore, delay in start will cause slow movement of low abatement cost’s CO2 companies. Big spike in the price in 2026 or 2027 will suddenly increase costs to the compliance entities.
