Expo Fresh, LLC Case Settles for $25,000

Expo Fresh, LLC, located in San Diego, operates a cold produce storage warehouse.  ARB staff inspected this facility on January 20, 2016.  The inspection revealed that Expo Fresh LLC owns and operates four medium sized refrigeration systems, each with a full charge greater than 200 pounds of a high global warming potential refrigerant, and one small refrigeration system with 153 pounds of high global warming potential refrigerant. The facility was not registered as required at the time of inspection.  This case was settled on October 4, 2016, for $25,000.00.
