Excell Brands, LLC Case Settles for $12,390

Excell Brands, LLC imported and provided personal fragrances for sale in California which were in violation of ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations.  These products exceeded the 75 percent volatile organic compound (VOC) content limit for the Personal Fragrance: 20% or Less Fragrance category and resulted in 0.826 tons of excess VOC emissions. The case was settled on January 6, 2017, for $12,390.00.
