The California Air Resources Board (CARB or the Board) invites you to the Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers (Financing Assistance) Project workgroup meeting to discuss the upcoming Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 grant solicitation. Up to $10 million is available however, an additional $5.5 million may become available to this solicitation depending on the results of the fourth quarter 2021 California Cap-and-Trade Program auction proceeds. This is one of a suite of CARB vehicle purchase incentive projects that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution.
