William H. Harvey Company Case Settles for $7,000

On July 21, 2010, a case was settled with William H. Harvey Company for selling non-compliant Harvey’s Super Penetrant Spray subject to the VOC limit for penetrant, title 17, CCR, section 94509(a).  The company was also cited for failure to annually report an explanation of their product code by January 31, of each year.  The company paid a settlement of $7,000 to settle the case.
