The Wella Corporation Case Settles for $7,900.00

On March 28, 2013, a second Consumer Products case was settled with The Wella Corporation for selling and/or supplying non-compliant Hair Styling Products. These products contributed to 0.19 tons excess VOC emissions due to exceeding the 6% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Hair Styling Products: liquid/pump sprays specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). The Wella Corporation paid $7900 to settle this case.
