Walker Mowers Case Settles for $14,500

In August 2010, ARB reached a settlement with Walker Mowers (Walker) that included a $14,500 payment to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling and offering for sale mowers without an ARB Executive Order.  Walker self reported that it had sold mowers that were not legal for sale in California.  Walker fully cooperated with the investigation and was quick to respond and rectify the situation.  To settle the case, Walker agreed to the $14,500 penalty.
