Versacold Logistics Case Settles for $20,235

In January 2011, Versacold Logistics LLC. agreed to pay $20,325.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations; $15,243.75 went to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $5,081.25 to the Peralta Community College District.

Versacold Logistics LLC. self-reported that they failed to submit a report of the TRU activity at their Modesto facility by the required deadline. Large cold storage facilities with twenty or more doors were required to submit this one time report by January 31, 2006 as set forth by 13 CCR Section 2477(f)(2). Versacold Logistics LLC has now submitted a complete TRU large facility report and agreed to comply with the TRU rule and all applicable ARB regulations.
