Trans Ocean Carrier, Inc. Case Settles for $1,275.00
Trans Ocean Carrier, Inc. agreed to pay $1,275.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations; $956.25 will go to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $318.75 to the Peralta Community College District for distribution to participating California Council on Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET) colleges.
