Thome Ship Management Pte. Ltd. Case Settles for $3,375.00

Thome Ship Management Pte. Ltd. has paid $3,375.00 in penalties to the Air Resources Board, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on September 24, 2013. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Thome Ship Management vessel, Nord Imagination, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel within Regulated California Waters. Thome Ship Management took prompt action after being notified of these violations and under ARB’s supervision began operating in a compliant fashion. To settle the case, Thome Ship Management Pte. Ltd. agreed to the $3,375.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
