TDW Construction Inc. Case Settles for $8,250

TDW Construction Inc. will pay $8,250.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $8,250.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in January 2018.

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that TDW Construction Inc. failed to bring two of their vehicles into compliance with the applicable in-use performance standards and failed to report all vehicles with engines subject to the regulation for which the fleet owner has elected to utilize the compliance options of the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation.  ARB documented violations as they related to the TB Regulation.  To settle the case TDW Construction Inc. agreed to the $8,250.00 penalty and to comply with TB, ORE, and other ARB programs.
