During a routine inspection on August 21, 2001, staff observed five-gallon StanSport brand portable fuel containers being offered for sale without being marked with a date of manufacture or representative date code. A Report of Violation was issued on October 10, 2001, for failing to clearly display a manufacture date or representative date code. This case was settled on December 14, 2001 for $800.00.
