Roadmasters, Inc. Case Settles for $3,000

On July 23, 2009, a case was settled with Roadmaster, Inc., for selling 2,197 gallons of Vroom R.V. Cleaner into California.  The law requires that no person shall sell, supply, offer for sale or manufacture for sale in California any non-aerosol general purpose cleaner that exceeds the four percent by weight VOC limit effective December 31, 2004.  Roadmaster, Inc. paid $3,000 to settle the case.
