Lost Hills is the first community to host air monitoring as part of the Study of Neighborhood Air near Petroleum Sources (SNAPS) conducted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). CARB hosted a meeting to review preliminary results, provide an overview of the SNAPS program, and discuss future steps.
