Baldwin Hills is the second community to host air monitoring as part of the Study of Neighborhood Air near Petroleum Sources (SNAPS) conducted by CARB. CARB hosted two meetings to discuss a short-list of potential monitoring sites, a health analysis overview, ways for community members to get involved in the study, and next steps.
