The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the presentation for the informational meetings to be held for Assembly Bill (AB) 617 (C. Garcia, Chapter 136, Statutes of 2017) and development of the Community Air Protection Program (CAPP or Program). The Program’s focus is to reduce exposure in neighborhoods most impacted by air pollution. The meetings will provide an opportunity for discussion with community members and stakeholders as we begin the implementation and development process.
